Despite a previous unsuccessful visit to the Ambassador Location, one individual decided to give IHOP another chance. Upon entering, they were promptly seated and greeted by their waiter, Abel, who provided exceptional service with great politeness. Abel fulfilled all requests made by the customer and delivered quick service of the highest quality.

After a failed attempt at Ambassador Location me and my husband gave IHOP another shot. We walked in and was immediately seated within seconds out waiter greeted us. Abel was amazing and very well mannered. He honored all request and service was top tier with speed. Thanks to the staff.
Some foods were missing from our orders. Most of my food was cold. Dirty drinking glasses and I was half way through my coffee when I realized my cup was actually dirty. Service was extreamly slow. The people at the table next to us actually left because no one would come get their food order. Was not that good of a Mother's Day. Enjoyed my family though.
I have always liked I Hop. Now I absolutely love it. The menu is off the charts. I really had a tough time deciding between the strawberry banana pancakes or the breakfast t-bone. So I went for the Cowboy BBQ Steak Burger . My mouth fell in love. We are talking about a steak burger with a tangy sweet BBQ sauce, not out of a jar stuff either, with onion rings and cheese. My date ordered the T-Bone steak and eggs. And had to get an order of the strawberry banana pancakes. I was so impressed with the place. The server was amazing and the manager very humble. I will recommend this place to everyone. It's my new favorite place. Please take time to smell the pancakes at IHop.

Ordered a french toast combo. When my food arrived it was 1 single slice french toast. I asked where the rest of my order was. The waitress told me that because they went to a larger bread slice. You only get 1 slice of french toast with the combo. The service here is sub par at best. The waitress and cooks congregate around the pickup station. We were here for 10 min and had to ask for our waitress to place an order. It still took her 3 min to get to us. I would not recommend this place if it was the last restaurant to eat on earth! Death is a better option. Done with ihops!
Didn’t write things down had to come back 20 minutes later to ask about one of the orders. Food was cold, still messed up the order waited 45 minutes to get the food. Bacon was anll fat. Then waited ten minutes to check out, they were having problems with the “new” register system. Probably the worst experience at an ihop ever.
