We had a large group and kids and the entire experience was great. The food was so good, our orders were correct. Extremely friendly staff, clean restaurant.
Where to begin we were greeted quickly sat down and we had a nice waitress named Phina. We ordered our food didn’t have to wait very long for our food nonetheless when we got the food it was cold! I ordered a spicy beef rice bowl and when I went to take a bite it was ice cold!My Avocados weren’t even sliced all the way through??? Lack of presentation seems to be what the vibe is at this IHOP.My fiancé‘s over easy egg was ice cold ❄️ the avocado toast entree was soggy and cold. The food, in general, was cold and kind of soggy. I have had better food made at other fast food joints then this. The atmosphere in the building was pretty obvious of stress mixed with new waitresses.I did hear some kind of rude customers throughout my experience here nonetheless I was never rude at all I was very nice to my waitress Phina. I give Phina 5 stars for being super friendly and super sweet! The restaurant itself and the food needs more staff I believe but, with Covid I guess customer service is a thing of the past nobody really cares anymore especially in person experiences.
Stopped to grab some quick breakfast on my way. Pancakes were super fluffy and delicious. The chicken Fajita Omelette was quite heavy and kept me filled for a long time. The hash brown was moderate.Service was very fast.Overall nice experience

Reviews
IHOP offers a mixed experience with some customers praising the friendly staff like Phina and Allison, quick service, and delicious food such as the Colorado omelette and fluffy pancakes. However, there are complaints about cold and soggy dishes, lack of presentation, weak coffee, outdated decor reminiscent of the 70s, slow or non-existent service from waitresses like Nancy leading to patrons leaving before eating their meals. Despite these issues, IHOP remains a popular choice for families seeking good quality breakfast options.

Went here on Free Pancake day, excellent service! Staff are extremely friendly and restaurant is very clean. Food was prepared quickly. Only complaint is that the tables are all kept completely empty (no sugar packets, syrup, condiments, etc) and are only available upon request.
I have had breakfast at this iHOP twice in the last two months. It was great both times. I usually have two eggs over easy, hash browns, 2 crispy bacon strips, 2 sausage links, two slices whole wheat toast with butter on the side, and coffee with creamer. Today my waiter was Tyler M. He was very efficient and friendly. He combined my unusual order into a couple of menu items to save me money. He brought the coffee quickly and I got my food within 5-10 minutes, which I think is acceptable. The butter was already on the toast but this is not unusual for many breakfast restaurants so I would not take any stars off for this. The coffee is weak, as is typical of most "American Food" restaurants. I like Starbucks bold coffee so once again, no stars off for this. The icing on the cake was when Tyler brought my bill to sign and he said "Alright young man, you're all set". I'm 71. This made my day! Five stars all around.
