Background Fatigue study is scarce in D2T RA. The experience of fatigue is multidimensional, implying complex, multicausal pathways. Objectives to identify the factors associated with fatigue on its different subscales (Physical, Living, Cognitive and Emotional). Methods Cross-sectional study. 22 patients with D2T RA were included; patients were being followed up in the rheumatology outpatient clinic of Hospital Clínico San Carlos, Madrid, Spain. Data were collected between July 2018 and November 2022. All patients met the ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria and they were in treatment with Biological agents (anti-TNF and Non anti-TNF) or Targeted Synthetic DMARDs (jakinibs). Outcome: Difficult to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients (fulfillment of EULAR criteria). Main variable: Fatigue was assessed by the Bristol Rheumatoid Arthritis Fatigue Multidimensional Questionnaire (BRAF-MDQ) and the Bristol Rheumatoid Arthritis Fatigue Numerical Rating Scale (BRAF-NRS). Covariables: Sociodemographic and disease-related variables. Statistical analysis: A descriptive analysis was carried out for the different variables. To identify factors independently associated to BRAF-MDQ and its subscales, multivariable linear regression was applied. Results were expressed as coef with their corresponding 95% CI. Methodology: After getting permission from Ethical Review Committee (ERC) this study was conducted at different hospitals and clinics of Lahore from July 2019 to June 2020 by employing exploratory qualitative method. Using purposive sampling, eight unmarried women with age range of 18-30 years were interviewed through semi-structured interview schedule. Interviews were analysed using an Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis that involved a comprehensive review of the women's lived experiences and generated themes. Results: The finding revealed that the overall attitude of women is disappointed and they spend their life with a personality that is not acceptable for them or unwanted. They were suffering from emotional instability in their lives to please interpersonal relationships with others. Some women reported that physical problems (i.e., hormonal imbalance) have impaired their life internally and externally that caused hirsutism. Further, social interaction of women was found limited. Conclusion: Hirsutism intensely influences women’s experiences of their bodies in a negative way, and deeply affects their idea about themselves, self-esteem, social interaction, sleep and daily life activities.

Introduction: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorders that due to different factors such as hormonal changes can cause mental distress and decreased quality of life. A review of the studies conducted in Iran shows the lack of attention to the quality of life in these patients as a big challenge. Therefore, this study was performed with aim to assess the effect of some polycystic ovary syndrome-related hormones on quality of life in these women. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 60 women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome referred to Shiraz Shahid Motahari clinic in 2012. PCOSQ questionnaire was used to assess the patients' quality of life. To evaluate the effect of PCOS on FSH, testosterone and estradiol, 10 ml blood samples were taken from the participants on days 3-5 of the menstrual cycle. Serum levels of hormones were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and electroimmunoassay (EIA). Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 18) and chi-square, Pearson correlation, t-test and Three-Way ANOVA. PResults: Menstrual disorders obtained lowest mean score in the areas of PCOSQ that indicates the most important concern of patients, and the areas including weight, infertility, emotional disorders, and hirsutism were the next weakest areas, respectively. In this paper, I will argue that the Twelfth Century spiritually oriented texts present an important, but often neglected instance of natural theology. My analysis will show that in the texts of Hugh of St Victor (d. 1141) and his student Richard of St Victor (d. 1173) we find a Christian Neo-Platonist variant of natural theology. The elements of natural theology form a central part of their larger spiritual programmes, which in turn are meant to guide the human being in her ascent into divine realities and thereby offer immediate experience of the presence of God. I will give special attention to Hugh’s treatise De Tribus Diebus, as it explores both the manifestations of Trinity in the created world as well as the beauty of all created objects. Hugh’s account will be supplemented by an exposition of Richard’s idea of experience as a vital means for all knowing.
