Check it out: https://lnkd.in/dZu8CER8 #saleseffectiveness.This course reaffirms some of the key valuable skills and traits of a professional sales personFor me the key refresher learnings are ;1. Always present yourself to your customers in such a way that you are here to make a difference, so one needs to be assertive (being customer focused) rather than just being aggressive alone (being product and sales focus)2. A sales person should treat customers as Human being and not as sales figure (number)3. Encountering rejection in one way or the other is part of the journey experience of a sales person, hence never let rejection or a โ€œNOโ€discourage you. Instead take rejection and interpret it as; try again next time, prepare more, opportunity to learn more on the needs and pains of the customer, wrong timing , not in the right mood etc.4.
